Refund Policy


If GrocyBuy is unable to deliver your order, a full refund will be issued. We shall not be liable for any additional charges, loss of profits, emotional distress, or any other liabilities arising from non-delivery.

We do not accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances. However, in such cases, we will refund 100% of your payment.

If the refund is processed via Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, it will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 12 to 18 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. Delays in refund timing are subject to the bank's policy, over which we have no control.
