Local orders are handled by reliable agencies, with delivery personnel trained in soft skills and food handling. We partner with companies like Dunzo, Lynk, and WeFast to ensure timely delivery within Chennai. If courier services are unavailable in your area, we will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery location serviced by our partners.
If a product you ordered is unavailable or has been discontinued by the manufacturer, delivery may be delayed or not possible. In such cases, we will offer a similar product that closely matches your original order and seek your confirmation via email before proceeding.
If no one is available at the delivery address to accept the order, it will not be considered late. Consequently, no refunds, cancellations, or liabilities will apply in such cases.
If Grocybuy is unable to deliver your order, a full refund will be issued. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional distress, or any other liabilities resulting from non-delivery. We do not take responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by bad weather or other unexpected circumstances. However, in such cases, we will refund 100% of your money.
